HOW WE WORK
A clear path from first call to embedded leadership.
We work on fixed-fee productised entry points and monthly retainers. We do not bill hourly because hourly billing rewards slowness. We do not write proposals for projects under USD 10,000 because the time spent writing the proposal is half the work. We publish our prices.
We sign three-month minimum retainers because three months is the minimum window to make embedded ops leadership stick. We do not take more than five retainer clients at a time. We are deliberately small. The next hire is an associate, not a salesperson.
